RNAplant plus reagent is designed for purifying RNA from a wide range of plant
samples, especially polysaccharide and polyphenol rich plant materials (such as
cotton leaves, potato tubers, white pine needles, banana, apple, Chinese yam,
papaya, and chlorophytum leaves). 100 ml (after adding β-mercaptoethanol)
RNA plant plus Reagent can be used to purify RNA from 100 mg plant tissue
sample for 200 times and from 5 g tissue sample for 4 times.
Features：
■ E ffectively extract total RNA for secondary metabolite rich plant samples from
polysaccharide and polyphenol rich plant materials.
