1. LCD PID control and record system
The LCD-PID control and record system includes the function of record and curve vision. PID Self-tuning control ensures the chamber temperature keep precise and stable in working. The equipment records the temperature of the whole incubation process. It can record 180 days if recording temperature once per minute and will record 900 days if once per 5 minutes.
Using high precision temperature sensor, making equipment has less error, high temperature accuracy.
Self-tuning function ensures equipment can automatically adjust chamber parameters based on ambient temperature.
 
2. Convenient data processing
Freely retrieve recorded temperature and display its variations curve on LCD screen, and data can also saved in USB flash disk and transfer to PC to show temperature curve and print records, which supplying excellent traceability.
Software need PIN password to start, protecting data safety.
 
3. Built in multiple overheating protection measure
Intelligent PID controller has independent overheating alarm system, activating alarm when temperature out of control.
It equipped with individual temperature limit device, which protect sample when error occurs.
 
4. Superb and concise design
Chamber made of 304# bright brushed stainless steel, anti corrosion, elegant.
Arc shape angle design reduces unnecessary inner surface, easy for cleaning, also helps air uniformly distributed, ensuring equal temperature inside.
Air-casing design helps air convection inside, making temperature more equal.
Using high grade glass cellucotton, better than ordinary rock wool and foam layer in temperature conservation, it also not absorb moisture, not smelly at high temperature and not easy get burnt.
It equipped with toughened glass window, enhancing user convenient observation of inside sample.
