TRNzol A+ Reagent is designed by TIANGEN on the base of TRNzol Reagent to optimize the isolation of RNA from cells and tissues. TRNzol A+ Reagent is optimized for lysis of a variety of sample types before RNA isolation with standard homogenization methods and alcohol precipitation. This reagent performs well with small amounts of tissue (50-100 mg) and cells (5×106), and large quantities of tissue (≥1 g) and cells (≥107), of human, animal or plant. TRNzol-A+ reagent can extract RNA from virus, serum and body fluids liquid samples. The entire procedure can be finished in one hour. Total RNA isolated by TRNzol A+ reagent is free of protein and DNA contamination. It can be used for RT-PCR, Northern blot analysis, and molecular cloning.
