TIANquick Maxi Purification Kit provides unique spin columns, buffers and
collection tubes for silica membrane based purification of PCR products. The
recovery yield is more than 80% for 100 bp -10 kb DNA fragments (30%-50%
yields for <100 bp or >10 kb DNA fragments). This kit effectively removes
proteins, salts, small fragments and other impurities. It can also be used for
purification of DNA fragments from enzymatic reaction solutions. Purified DNA
can be directly used in applications such as restriction enzyme digestion, PCR
amplification, sequencing, hybridization, and transformation, etc.
