Description：
TIANgel Maxi Purification Kit provides unique buffer system to purify DNA
fragments from any type of agarose in either TAE or TBE buffer. The simple
procedure uses silica-based spin columns to purify and concentrate DNA
fragments from 100 bp to 20 kb in about 15 minutes. The recovery efficiency
is more than 80% for 100 bp -10 kb DNA fragments (30%-50% yields for <100
bp or >10 kb DNA fragments). The purified DNA can be used for restriction
enzyme digestion, PCR analysis, sequencing, DNA ligation, and transformation
procedures.
