TIANamp Stool DNA Kit simplifies isolation of DNA from stool with a fast spincolumn procedure. The combined effection of InhibitEX, a unique adsorption resin, and an optimized buffer leads to removal of PCR inhibitors. No phenol/chloroform extraction is required. The purified DNA is ready to use in sensitive downstream applications such as PCR and blotting procedures.

Important Notes： 

■ Repeated freezing and thawing of stored samples should be avoided, since this leads to reduced DNA size and amount.

■ I f precipitates formed in Buffer GSL or Buffer GB, warm buffer to 56°C until the precipitate fully dissolve.

■ A ll centrifugation steps should be carried out in a conventional centrifuge at room temperature.
