TIANScript M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase is an RNA-dependent DNA
polymerase that can be used in cDNA first strand synthesis. The enzyme is
a product of the pol gene of M-MLV and consists of a single subunit with a
molecular weight of 71kDa. 200 units of enzyme are used to produce cDNA from
1 μg of a 1.2 kb control RNA.
