2×GC -rich PCR MasterMixes are supplied in 2×concentration and contain
Taq Plus DNA polymerase, salts, magnesium, dNT Ps, PCR enhancers and
buffers. With 2×GC -rich PCR MasterMix set-up time could be reduced by half.
PCR products of up to 20 kb can be reliably amplified (up to 10 kb for complex
templates).
