Usages:
For cultivation and decetion of yeast.
 
Principle:
Peptone provide carbon and nitrogen sources; yeast extract powder provides B vitamins which  promote growth; glucose provide energy; agar medium as coagulant.
 
Formulation (per liter):
Peptone 10.0g
Yeast extract powder 5.0g
Glucose 20.0g
Agar 14.0g
Final pH 6.0 ± 0.2
 
 
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
