Usages:
Widely used for bacterial culture, especially for enrichment of Listeria.
 
Principle:
Tryptone, peptone and yeast extract multivalent powder provides a nitrogen source, vitamins, and growth factors; sodium chloride to maintain osmotic balance; glucose as carbon source; dipotassium hydrogen phosphate as a buffering agent; nalidixic acid and hydrochloric acid, acridine yellow selective antibacterial agent, inhibiting the growth of non-Listeria.
 
Formulation（per liter）:
Tryptone 17g
Polyvalent peptone 3g
Yeast extract powder 6g
Sodium chloride 5g
Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 2.5g
Glucose 2.5g
Final pH7.3 ± 0.2
 
 
How to use：
1.Suspend 36g in 1 L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, dispensing flask, 121 ℃ autoclave for 15min.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
 
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
