Usages:
For selective cultivation of Vibrio cholera.
 
Principle:
Peptone provide the growth necessary for carbon and nitrogen source; a high content of sodium chloride to inhibit bacteria resistant to high osmotic pressure; agar as medium coagulant.
 
Formulation（per liter）:
Tryptone 10g
Sodium chloride 10g
Agar 15g
Final pH7.2 ± 0.2
 
How to use：
1.Suspend 35g in 1L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling to completely dissolve ,autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
 
 
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
