Usages:
For dilution and enrichment in microbiological testing for cosmetics.
 
Principle:
Peptone, tryptone, beef extract powder and yeast extract powder provides carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; sodium chloride maintains osmotic equilibrium.
 
Formulation(per liter):
Peptone 20g
Tryptone 5g
Beef extract powder 5g
Yeast extract powder 2g
Sodium chloride 5g
Lecithin 0.7g
Tween 80  5g
Sodium metabisulfite 0.1g
Final pH7.2 ± 0.2
 
How to use:
1.Suspend 42.8g in 1 L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, distribute into flask,autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
 
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
