Usages:
For pre-enriching salmonella spp.
Principle:
Peptone and beef extract powder provides carbon, nitrogen, vitamins, growth factors; lactose as fermentable sugars.
Formulation（per liter）:
Beef extract powder 3g
Peptone 5g
Lactose 5g
pH 6.9 ± 0.2
How to use：
1.Suspend 13g and 10ml of Tween 80 in 1L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling to completely dissolve ,autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
