Description

2× HotStart Taq PCR MasterMix is designed for quick and easy preparation of reaction mixture, which minimizes the contamination during PCR operating process. For PCR reaction set-up, users only need to pipet an aliquot p art of 2× HotStart Taq PCR MasterMix and dilute the MasterM ix to 1× by adding templates, primers and water up to the reaction volu me. Th ere are two typ es of this product: MasterMix with loadin g dye (blu e) and MasterMix without load ing dye (colorless); PCR products produced by using MasterM ix with loading d ye c an be loaded directly without extra loading buffer. 

Application

•  Gene detection : 2 × HotStart Taq PCR M asterM ix is especially suitable for large-scale gen e detection, semi-quantitative PCR, detection of tiny amount of DNA, etc.
• Highly spec ific DNA amplification : suitable for highly sensitive amplification of genomic DNA with high background (e.g. specific gene sites or detection of exogenetic virus in geno mic DNA), DNA sequencing, Multiplex PCR, T-A cloning etc.
