Usages:
For testing of bacteria citrate.
Principle:
Sodium ammonium hydrogen phosphate to provide nitrogen; dipotassium hydrogen phosphate as a buffer; magnesium ions in various metabolic cofactor; sodium salt of citric acid as carbon.
Formulation（per liter）:
Sodium ammonium hydrogen phosphate (NaNH4PO4 • 4H2O) 1.5g
Dipotassium phosphate (K2HPO4) 1.0g
Magnesium sulfate (MgSO4 • 7H2O) 0.2g
Sodium citrate (Na3C6H5O7 • 2H2O) 3.0g
Final pH 6.7 ± 0.2
How to use：
1.Suspend 4.7g in 1 L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, dispensing flask, 121 ℃ autoclave for 15min.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
