    The multi-temperature zone high-temperature tube furnace makes the temperature zone longer and the temperature change is more abundant. This equipment is mainly used for the sintering production of high-performance phosphors and substrate materials/battery materials, and laboratory high-temperature CVD products.

The length of the furnace tube in the multi-temperature zone is more than 1200mm. Due to the characteristics of the corundum tube material itself, it is difficult to release the thermal stress in the long-term high-temperature production operation state. Therefore, how to ensure the long service life of the corundum tube becomes the key. To this end, we start with the production process of corundum tube, combined with scientific and reasonable structural design, so that users get rid of the trouble of frequent broken pipes.
