STY series products are mainly for the daily using&research of dental materials laboratory. They use high-quality chamber material and stable temperature control system and this can ensure the reliability of experimental data. New type ceramic fiber material as the chamber material and high-quality high-temperature SiC rod as heating elements. Temperature controller adopts large touchscreen microcomputer PID control module and can reach accurate temperature control and constant temperature requirements.

1. Chamber material adopts imported high purity alumina ceramic fiber,which has the advantage of no powder drops off with high temperature,small heating capacity and saving energy more than 50%.

2. Heating element is high temperature alloy wire and it is placed around of chamber and has good effect of the uniformity of temperature field.

3.ast heating speed:0-25℃/min. Also, it can be set freely.

4. High precision of temperature control has the temperature compensation and correction function with precision±1℃

5. The touch-screen temperature control instrument with the programmable function can set heating curve and programme 2 groups 30 segments each group

6. The heating curve of the instrument has the real-time recording function. The experiment data report can be saved in the memory card and also can be printed connecting with the computer.

7. Integrative structure with lifting platform at the bottom for lifting up and down. It is stable and well-sealed.
