Diaphragm pumps - also known as membrane pumps - are positive displacements pumps used in the rough vacuum range from 0,5 to 1000 mbar. A membrane (rubber or PTFE ) is moving up and down in the pump body compressing and exhausting gas coming from the inlet. Inlet and exhaust check valves are actuated by the pressure difference. Diaphragm pump is oilless and it avoids cross contamination of the sample with the oil. It also saves user from maintain it frequently of changing oil or clean the internal.

Orioner Diaphragm vacuum pump has two types, namely normal type and anticorrosive type. The normal type is not processed with anticorrosive materials and it is used for common condition with contacting strong acids or akalines. The anticorrosive-type diaphragm vacuum pumps have been treated with Teflon. The parts of the pump which contact with the gas are either PTFE made or PTFE coated. It's suitable for the corrosive chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical gases etc. It's used for vacuum filtration, reduced pressure distillation, rotary evaporation, vacuum concentration, centrifugal concentration, solid phase extraction etc. It's high-performance product with quality reliability, unique structural design to meet the various needs of the laboratory. Other than Teflon treatment, the specifications are same as the normal-type pump.

Teflon treatment is accessible to all models of Orioner diaphragm vacuum pump.

Product Features:

1.         The strong corrosion resistance of anti-corrosive type pump. It is able to tolerate almost all strong acid (including aqua regia), strong alkali, strong oxidizer, reductant, and variety of organic solvents.

2.         It withstands high and low temperatures, can be used in temperature of -190℃ to 260℃.

3.         It is of non-sticky surface, most solid material and impurity particles cannot conglutinate on the surface.
