Usages:
 For culture and detection of Bacillus or Clostridium.
 
Principle:
Peptone and beef extract powder provides carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins as growth factors; sodium chloride to maintain osmotic equilibrium; agar medium as coagulant; manganese sulfate can promote spore formation.
 
Formulation (per liter):
Peptone 10g
Beef extract powder 3g
NaCl 5g
Agar powder 15g
Manganese sulfate 0.0308g
Final pH7.3 ± 0.2
 
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
