BiostepTM Prestained Protein Marker

BiostepTM Prestained Protein Marker is a mixture contains 10 sharp bands of 11kDa, 17kDa, 25kDa (green), 35kDa, 48kDa, 63kDa, 75kDa (orange), 100kDa, 135kDa, and 180kDa.

Performance characteristics

• The pre-stained protein Marker contains 10 purified pre-stained proteins ranging from 11kD to 180kD. The 75kD band is red, the 25kD band is green, and the remaining bands are blue. It is suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE or Western blotting.
• The bright red 75kD band facilitates the rapid and accurate identification of the protein molecular weight standard bands.
• The bands are denser, and the molecular weight bands are wider and more suitable for the comparison of molecular weights.
• Pre-stained protein Marker has been formulated in 1X SDS-PAGE loading buffer and can be used directly without boiling.
• Depending on the size of the wells, usually 3-5 μl of sample can be used to visualize very clear protein bands during electrophoresis, after electrophoresis or after transfer.
• Special Protein Preservation Solution Allows BiostepTM Prestained Protein Marker to Store for Two Years at -20°C
