The 1kb plus DNA Ladder marker consists of twelve double-stranded DNA bands that are suitable as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.
Since this product is premixed with 1× Loading Buffer, it is convenient to load 3-6 μl of this product to agarose gel directly.
The ladder consists of twelve fragments which range in size from 10,000 to 100bp. To load 6 μl of the product will provide 50 ng per DNA fragment with 1000bp fragment of 100 ng for 6 μl of the product.
