The 1kb DNA Ladder marker consists of nine double-stranded DNA bands that are suitable as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.
Since this product is premixed with 1× Loading Buffer, it is convenient to load 3-6 μl of this product to agarose gel electrophoresis directly.
The ladder consists of nine fragments which range in size from 1,000–8,000bp in 1000bp increments, plus an additional fragment at 10,000bp. This product will provide 50 ng per DNA fragment with 5000bp fragment of 100 ng for 6 μl of the product.
