Description：
miRcute miRNA qPCR Detection Kit(SYBR Green) is a two-component system
which contains 2 x miRcute miRNA premix and reverse primer. The kit is
designed exclusively for detection of miRNA in SYBR Green-based real-time
PCR.
The kit is a new type of qPCR detection system which is premixed with optimal
dNT Ps, enhancer, and stabilizer etc. The taq DNA polymerase uses new
antibody modified hotstart technology to ensure highly specifility and sensitivity.
At the same time, Rox is added into the premix as internal control to make qPCR
more accuracte and reliable.
