Main feature:
 
1. The  material shelf adopts the intermediate medium serpentine circulation technology, the silicone oil refrigeration, the silicone oil heating, and the shelf layer directly pre-freeze the sample. The temperature of the lamellar layer is more uniform and the temperature is controllable, realizing in-situ lyophilization in a true sense ;
2. During the  freeze-drying process , the temperature of the shelf can be ramped up and constant for a long time at a certain stage of low temperature , which is convenient for the control of the freeze-drying process ; vacuum degree control can also be selected.
3.  Two imported fully enclosed compressor units , the refrigeration system adopts double-machine cascade technology, with low cooling temperature and large refrigeration capacity;
4. Using a stainless steel inner wound-type water trap, the water-trapping ability is more strong;
5. The  new PLC control system realizes semi-automatic or fully automatic control of the freeze-drying process;
