Description：
RealMasterMix (Probe) Kits provide highly accurate and sensitive detection on
any real-time cycler through the combination of the hot-start enzyme HotMaster
Taq DNA Polymerase and a unique PCR buffer system. The Kits contain an
optimized, ready-to-use master mix for highly sensitive and accurate real-time
PCR quantification of genomic DNA or cDNA targets using sequence-specific
probes. The kits are designed for use with all types of sequence-specific probe,
including TaqMan and other dual-labeled probes, FRET probes, and Molecular
Beacons. The supplied, ready-to-use master mix contains HotMaster Taq DNA
Polymerase, ROX passive reference dye, and a dNT P mix in an optimized buffer.
For convenience, the master mix can be stored at 2-8°C.
