RNAstore is a liquid and non-toxic tissue conservation reagent. This innovative, aqueous reagent quickly permeates tissues, stabilize and protect the RNA expression pattern, and facilitate tissue gene expression profiles analysis. Tissues must be immersed in RNA store immediately after collection for preservation. This can keep RNA intact and there is no need of immediate sample handling or preservation in liquid nitrogen. RNA store can be used to preserve various vertebrate tissue samples such as brain, heart, kidney, spleen, liver, lung, and thymus.
Features：
■ The reagent preserves Rna in tissues for up to 1 day at 37℃, 7 days at 18- 25℃, or 4 weeks at 2-8℃; tissue can be stored for a long time at -20 or -80℃ after submerging overnight at 4℃.
■ Rnastore-treated tissues can be frozen and thawed repeatedly for 20 times without affecting Rna yield.
■ Total Rna can be extracted directly from tissues stored in Rnastore using tiangen tRnzol Reagent, tRnzol-a+ reagent, Rnaprep pure and Rnasimple kits.
Storage：
Store dry at room temperature (15-25℃) for more than one year. Precipitates or crystal may form in low-temperature during storage, Dissolve completely before usage.
Points for Attention：
■ Rnastore can be used for storage of fresh tissue samples.
■ Rnastore cannot be used for storage of plant samples.
■ Usage amount of Rnastore should be at least tenfold of tissue sample amount.
■ To ensure rapid and reliable stabilization of Rna even in the inner parts of solid tissues, the sample must be cut into slices with thickness less than 0.5 cm.
