Magnetic genomic DNA kit provides quick purification of genomic DNA by using magnetic-particle technology. A wide range of sample material can be processed including tissue, whole and dried blood samples. Magnetic technology provides high-quality DNA , which is suitable for direct use in downstream applications such as amplification or other enzymatic reactions. DNA binds to the silica surface of the magnetic particles and two different wash buffers are used to remove contaminants. The purified high-quality DNA can be used in demanding downstream applications and organic reagents are not required in the whole process.
