LH-101 integrated solvent purification and drying device

 The integrated solvent purification and drying device can be used in an atmosphere filled with an inert gas. The condenser is integrated with the distillation section and the integral design reduces multiple connections. It is used to purify the solvent in an atmosphere with an inert gas. The high-vacuum valve of the all-inclusive ring is corrosion-resistant and has a high vacuum. 
   A is a 0~4mm adjustable high vacuum valve that can be filled with an inert gas source. There is a 9mm branch pipe behind the valve to allow gas to be filled. 
   B is the sampling port. The PTFE switch is equipped with a 14# internal grinding port, and a mouth plug is added to the mouth. The needle is inserted into the bottle C through the opening with a tumbling plug to sample. 
   C is a 0~4mm vacuum valve that can be used to discharge the solvent from the dryer into the bottle by rotating the vacuum valve at both ends. 
   A vacuum valve of 0~4mm is added at D, and a 9mm branch pipe is arranged behind the valve. The air in the bottle connected to the H port can be eliminated through the branch pipe. 
   H. A 14# grinding port for external grinding, used to connect the flask. 
   A 24# grinding port for F external grinding can be connected to a two-necked flask.

   ●The whole set of equipment is convenient and airtight, which has the effect of strict requirements of the compound on water and oxygen. 
   • Collect the solvent under an inert atmosphere. H grinding can be customized according to customer requirements.
