The RNAsimple Total RNA Kit uses a new total RNA isolation technology based on Guanidine Thiocyanate / Phenol method. This kit contains a unique buffer RZ which minimizes the contamination from genomic DNA and proteins. The kit is ready to use for the isolation of total RNA from blood, cells, tissues and plant samples. RNase-free Spin Column CR3 capacity is 50-100 mg tissues or 5×106 cells for each experiment. Total RNA can be purified in one hour using this kit. Total RNA isolated by RNA simple kit is free of protein and DNA contamination and can be used for various downstream applications.
