RNasin is a special RNase inhibitor existing in human placenta. It is essentially
a protein with molecular weight of 51,000 Da and isoelectric point of pH 4.7.
RNasin binds noncovalently to RNase and inhibits its activity. RNasin can keep
mRNA intact to enhance transcription and translation efficiency, and to avoid
negative influence of organic compound inhibitors.
Features：
■ Inhibition of eukaryotes Rnasea, RnaseB, Rnasec and human placenta Rnase activity.
■ No inhibition of Rnase H, S1 nuclease, SP6, t7, t3 Rna Polymerase, MV or M-MLV Reverse transcriptase, taq Dna Polymerase, Rnase t1. no influence upon the transcription and translation processes.
■ 1 mm Dtt excised in the buffer system, wide pH activity ranges.
