RNAprep pure Kit (For Micro Sample) provides a fast, simple, and cost-effective method for purification of total RNA from micro samples by using effective spin column and unique buffer system. This kit can purify total RNA from wide range of micro samples. RNAprep pure Kit (For Micro Sample) is supplied with carrier RNA to enhance binding of nucleic acid to the spin column membrane. Highquality total RNA can be obtained in 30 - 40 minutes. Compared to other RNA purification methods, RNAprep pure Micro Kit selectively removes < 200nt RNA (5.8S rRNA , 5S rRNA , and tRNA s), and improves enrichment, isolation and purification of > 200nt RNA. The obtained RNA has high-purity and is free from protein contamination.
